SUBSCRIPTION OF NEWSLETTERS

On the website www.humanamente.pt visitors have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter.

The website www.humanamente.pt sends their subscribers newsletters with content about the website and magazine Humanamente, offers, events and sharing of relevant contents on the themes of:

(1) Health & Beauty
(2) Wellbeing,
(3) Personal Development

The newsletters of the website www.humanamente.pt can only be received by the data owner if:

(1) it has a valid email address,
(2) this sign up for the receipt of this same newsletter.

For legal reasons, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered for the first time by the data subject, in a procedure usually known as “double sign up”.

For the purpose of revoking the consent, a corresponding cancellation address can be found in each newsletter (in the footer there is a fixed cancellation link). The holder of the data may also request the total removal of the stored data by sending an email to humanamente@outlook.pt.

NEWSLETTER TRACKING

The newsletter of the website www.humanamente.pt contains so-called “tracking pixels”. A tracking pixel is a thumbnail embedded in our emails, which are sent in HTML format to allow recording and analysis of log files.

These pixels enable a statistical analysis of the success or failure of our online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, the website www.humanamente.pt can see if and when an email was opened by a data subject, how many clicks were taken and what actions were taken by the recipient of the email.

The data collected for the contact form are the name and email.

The data submitted in the contact form will be automatically processed by the WordPress software and received in the email humanamente@outlook.pt and handled manually. The data sent through the contact form will be used exclusively for direct contact contacts to the sent message; shall not be inserted in any database without its owner expressly consents to it. By entering your name and email in the respective fields, you are consenting to the submitted data being used for its response.
